Marriage is not easly, but it gets better with time.

Many people have said that marriage is not easy, but it gets better with time.
That is a true statement. I believe that when God said “and the two shall become one”, which he didn't mean it would happen over night. Under God's direction, there is a process attached to the joining as one. Not every couple can handle the process; it depends on if they married for the right reason and if love is the reason at the top of the list.

One of the problems is today's young adults don't have the time or patients to stay in their relationships long enough to complete the process and experience the transition of becoming one.  Also with divorces becoming a norm in our every day life and society, couples tend to live together and not commit to what God has put in place for us as a union of woman and man.

When my husband and I met. We were so in love that we got married within 8 months of meeting. The beginning of our marriage was able to withstand all types of obstacles that included a surprise birth of a wonderful son, Matthew.  However, shortly after that, everything started going down hill.  We couldn't seem to get on the same page.  It took several years, but somehow with the help of God, and a lot of prays, we were able to slowly pull it back together. It wasn't easy, but it was a learning process, that opened the door of understanding my husband, as well as myself...  After 22 years of marriage, we have finished the transition of becoming one and we are complete.  We hear each other without speaking, we sense each other presents without seeing, and we walk with God at the same pace. We are ONE.

SPOUSE VS LOVER

ARE YOU SPENDING THE HOILDAY WITH
 YOUR SPOUSE OR YOUR LOVER???

When I was single, I found that when the holidays came around my boy friend was no where to be found. It took a minute for me to figure it out, but I believe that when your boyfriend disappears during the holidays he has someone else  in his life. Someone special and someone he would rather share the holidays with other than you. It could be another girl friend, boy friend or a wife or husband.
